Refund and Returns Policy

At Solstice, we value your experience and strive for flexibility in our booking processes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your plans. If you need to cancel your trip, we are here to assist.

Refunds

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@oursolstice.com with your booking details. Timely communication helps us offer you a full refund and better rescheduling options. Refunds are issued based on the timing of the cancellation, however we strive to be as flexible as possible:

  • More than 7 days before the trip: Full refund
  • 3 to 7 days before the trip: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before the trip: No refund available

The details of our cancellation policy, including any exceptions and specific conditions, are included in your booking confirmation.

Weather-Related Cancellations 

Safety is our top priority. In case of inclement weather that makes it unsafe or impossible to proceed with the planned outdoor activities, we will notify you as soon as the decision to cancel is made. In such instances, we offer the following options:

  • Reschedule for a future date at no additional cost.
  • Full refund if no suitable rescheduling options are available.

We monitor weather conditions closely and make cancellation decisions with your safety and enjoyment in mind.

Processing Refunds 

Upon cancellation, we will process your refund request and notify you by email regarding the status. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a 3 weeks.
